The TerraByte network of partners have been solving environmental and humanitarian challenges for over two decades, applying technological and operational management know-how to areas in which innovative thinking can truly impact this world.
TerraByte began in 2016, when the need arose to provide radio and wifi connectivity to a coalition of teams working to save the critically endangered Vaquita porpoise in the Sea of Cortez. Then, in 2020, we repurposed the same equipment to support the Navajo Nation Department of Justice by enabling communications between COVID first responders and Navajo Council connectivity. Then, tablet devices were added to create a Navajo Nation hospital patient-to family communications network.
